4学时(TALCB)The Supervisor-Trainee Appraiser course addresses the requirements and responsibilities of supervisory appraisers as well as expectations for Trainee Appraisers. This course meets the requirements established by the Appraiser Qualifications Board (AQB) of The 评估 Foundation in its 2015 Real Property Appraiser Qualification Criteria. This course will increase your understanding of the responsibilities and obligations of both the Trainee Appraiser and the Supervisory Appraiser within the context of the Trainee – Supervisor relationship. You will also learn the applicable state and local jurisdictional requirements and review relevant USPAP obligations.
